Absolutely. We use 100% fresh whole cow milk sourced every morning directly from our certified grass-fed dairy farms. We never use milk powder, gelatin, starch, or chemical preservatives.
Our doi stays fresh for up to 7 to 10 days when stored properly in the refrigerator at 2°C to 6°C. Sweets like Rosh Kadom and Kheersha are best consumed within 5 to 7 days.
